Internal:

Let me introduce first the compositon of BADAC, Punong Barangay is a
Chairman of BADAC, 2 Kagawad are (1) Co-Chairman on Commite On Advocay and (2) Kagawad Co-Chairman for Operations. SK Chairperson, School Principal or representative, BPSO Chief Ex-O, Rep of NGO’s, and/or from Civil Society, Rep
of Interfaith-Based Organization (i.e. Ugnayan ng Barangay at Simbahan “UBAS”) or any church related org. Lastly, Adviser : PNP COP of Novaliches Police Station
4. Conduct regular meeting at least once a month and call for special meeting whenever necessary.
Plan, strategize, implement and evaluate programs and projects on Drug Abuse
Prevention in the Barangay.
As a BADAC Focal Person, conduct an interview to solicit personal information from the surrenderers.
Immediate inform the Pubong Barangay in case surrenderers is included in the target Watchlist, Wanted List, and PDEA/PNP Watchlist personalities of the La Enforcement agencies.
Refer of indorse drug pedendent to the Quezon City Anti-Drug Buase Advisory Council (QCADAAC) for screening Alcohol, Smoking, and Substance Involment Screening Test (ASSIST).
Log and maintain a confidentiality record book containing all personnel
information of sureenderers.
Perform other duties and function as may deemed necessary.
The BADAC shall have following Roles and Responsibility.
A) Create a BADAC Action Plan, to be submitted to the QCADAAC and copy
furnished the DILG QC Field Office at Quezon City Hall.
B) Organize the BADAC Auxiliary Team and orient them of their Roles and
Functions in informing a plan of action to address the drug problems.
C) The BADAC through Chairperson, shall consolidate all information gathered from all sources related to any drig related activities within the Barangay, to
include names of Users/Pushers, and immediately report to QCADAAC and Local PNP for validation
