Roles, Functions, Duties and Responsibilities

Internal:


  • Day to day operation and monitoring.
  • Preparation and issuances of memorandum.
  • Preparation of physical and online meetings and attending meeting representing the Punong Barangay if necessary.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of Facebook Page and Youtube Channel
  • Posting of Pabatid or public announcement and other barangay activities on our social media platforms.
  • Meeting with Punong Barangay for possible plans or policy to be implemented.
  • Secure and maintain all necessary documents.
  • Dialogue with urban poor related issues and other concerns.
  • Executive alter-ego of the head executive and act as Human Resource.
  • Preparation of presentations for administrative and executive meetings.
  • Preparation of training designs, programs for capacity development training of barangay staff and personnel.
  • Implement the barangay house rules and other policies concerning
  • Facilitate the regular meeting of Purok Leaders and Unit Head meetings.
  • Preparation of Punong Barangay speeches and presentation on the conduct of State of the Barangay Address.
  • Setup Barangay Live Stream on social media platform if necessary.
  • Updating of Barangay Profile in each year.
  • Closed coordination with the different units on their respective activities, plans and accomplishments for proper documentation.
  • Closed coordination with the unit clerk, known as the technical action officers for proper and unified documentations of all Barangay-Based
  • Institution programs, projects and activities.
  • Conduct regular tactic sessions with the administrative staff and Barangay
  • Land and Housing staff on their specific task and functions.
  • Ensure the proper filing of office documents and other internal and external communications.
  • Other administrative functions

External:


  • Represent the institution in behalf of the executive to the Local InterAgency Committee on segment 8.2. as official alternate representative.
  • Facilitate the sectoral organizing, alliance building and other related organizing framework.
  • Conduct of area investigation for the staff, involving community issues and distress.
  • Dialogue and meetings between community associations on their issues and concerns.
  • Networking and linkaging with the national, local and private agencies on their programs and projects to be implemented in our communities.
